We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele in the industrial automation sector. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in the automation industry.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective B2B clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services (Automation Panels, Heaters, TPIPro+ components) addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record, preferably in B2B industrial or automation sales.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Automation Engineer

We are looking for skilled Automation Engineers to join our team. You will work on HMI, PLC, and SCADA programming across industry-leading platforms including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Fatek, Mitsubishi, and more. This is a hybrid role involving office-based development, on-site field commissioning, and client-facing sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and debug PLC programs (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, FBD) for Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Fatek, Mitsubishi, and other platforms.
- Develop and configure HMI/SCADA screens for real-time process monitoring and control.
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automation systems at client locations.
- Conduct site surveys, prepare technical proposals, and assist the sales team in presenting automation solutions to prospective clients.
- Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support including product demonstrations and client training.
- Prepare panel design documentation, wiring diagrams, and I/O schedules.
- Coordinate with the panel fabrication and procurement teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain and update technical records of all commissioned projects.
Requirements:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming on at least two platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Fatek, Mitsubishi, Omron, or Delta).
- Proficiency in HMI/SCADA development tools (RSLogix, TIA Portal, GX Works, etc.).
- Willingness to travel for on-site field work and client meetings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and sales support.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP) is a plus.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
